Nam Kirin Kaur

Amanda Friel Ray of Light qualified as a Kundalini Yoga Instructor in 2010, with Conscious Communications and Authentic Relationships as additional modules. Following her heart and her life long ambition she opened Ray of Light Healing and Yoga at Collis Sandes House, Tralee Co. Kerry. She teaches people of all ages, abilities and loves sharing the teachings and the legacy that Yogi Bhajan gifted us.
Through her own healing journey she has also trained as a Healing Energist, where she combines her skills in positive, energy Emotional Freedom Technique, Integrated Energy Therapy, Angel Reiki and Crystal Therapy.
She specializes in Yoga Therapy for children and young adults with special abilities,and delivers workshops/training to parents, teachers, and educators.
