AGM ATHLONE

The 04-28-13 I was at the AGM meeting in the Radison hotel Athlone. It was both formal and informal. Formal being the discussion of changing committee roles. And informal in that it was a lovely relaxed atmosphere in a typical yogi setting where we did two lovely krya's and meditations.. Well worth attending if you want to meet other yogis from around Ireland. And to know what up-coming events are out there one being Moynalty where you can participate in different types of yoga. Or run a stall selling health conscious goods..
